for Minorities
Mr. Qamar
Ahmad, IPS, Chairmen, Delhi Minority Commission and Prof Rehan Khan Suri, Head Placement
Cell, JMI shall appraise the schemes and provide guidance. It is a well-known
fact that benefits of these schemes rarely reach to Muslim Students and
Institutions. Participants will discuss the hurdles in the way and their
solution. Dr. Mohd Aslam Pervaiz, Principle Dr. Zakir Husain (Delhi) College
will conclude the discussion.

Quality Improvement
Quality improvement
in education is our prime concern. We need all round improvement in infrastructure,
teaching skills, management, atmosphere in Schools and at home, motivation for
education etc. In this session we hope some important aspects will emerge. For
detailed study of each aspect we look forward for a series of workshops.

Vocational training/ Skill
Development initiative
This is
relatively new stream, good for effectively improving employability for
dropouts and mediocre students. Besides opportunities and importance of this
field, practical aspects of opening such institutes and getting government
assistance shall be focused.
Mr. Jaikant
Singh, Head Partnership and State Alliance, National Skill Development
Corporation (NSDC) and Parvi Kapoor of NSDC shall appraise NSDC initiatives.
Abdul Rashid,
Gen. Sec. AIEM and Mr. A.R. Agwan of Knowledge Trust will also give tips and interact
the participants.
Prof Dr. Mohd
Salim Engineer, Malvia National Institute of Technology Jaipur shall conclude
the session.
